Subscription services (including hosting, membership plans, and recurring service packages) are prepaid for each service period. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

5.4 Refunds

6. Service Delivery

All services by Better The World, LLC and its brands are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped. Timelines vary by service type and are stated in individual service agreements or project scopes.

7. User-Submitted Content

12.2 Binding Arbitration

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its then-current Commercial Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Horry County, South Carolina or by video conference if mutually agreed. A single arbitrator shall be used. The arbitration award may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

12.3 Waiver of Jury Trial

Both parties expressly waive any right to a trial by jury in connection with any dispute arising under these Terms.

12.4 Class Action Waiver

All disputes must be brought individually. Neither party may participate in a class action, consolidated proceeding, or representative action in connection with any dispute arising under these Terms.

12.5 Exception for Injunctive Relief

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.

13. Modifications to These Terms
